She went the extra mile to try to steal money from my credit card. After she revised my case she decided to "show EXPEDIA goodwill" (those were her words) by reimbursing me only 800.00 U$D for a ticket (plus a travel insurance) of 1254,95 U$D.
After I provided evidence, including two letters from KLM, supporting the my story that EXPEDIA repeatidily failed to book my trip. She did not change her position. Read these letters at:
http://victimsofexpedia.com/pixs/KLM01.bmp and http://victimsofexpedia.com/pixs/KLM02.bmp
This was an attempt to scam me.
FACT: she tried to steal 1254,95 - 800.00 = 454.95 U$D on behalf of EXPEDIA.
During a phone call she showed her arrogance by telling me "It was your fault" in a very sarcastic tone.
What was the result of Christina Hardy's actions?
1) It was the most 0.00 US$ expedia ever made since my credit card VISA forced later EXPEDIA to reimburse me the rest.
2) I decided to created www.victimsofexpedia.com and www.expedianews.com to alert other travelers
3) EXPEDIA is now the laughing stock in the travel industry
Excelent job Christina.
