Dear Administrator,

I found out through a friend that Expedia has outsourced their customer
service to a
country in central america (El Salvador) and in this particular call
center who
happens to be managed by Sykes it is well know that they hire convicted
felons
who've been deported from the U.S. and happen to be fluent in english. I am
extremely concerned for those people who trust Expedia with their credit card
information to these ex-felons, this is one of the main reasons identity
theft and
fraud is such a huge prople in our society, I hope you can help me spread
the word
to as many consumers as possible as well as the media because it is
unacceptable for
Expedia not to do a background check on all these individuals.
